REAL ESTATE SPECIALTY: Sixteen years combined experience with banking products and sales and leasing of commercial real estate. I began with Howard Hanna In the Fall of 2003 specializing in transactions for warehouse/distribution/industrial/manufacturing sites enjoying the challenge of creating new use of space. In 2004 I began to gain knowledge of sites for both commercial and residential development. 2005 was highlighted by the sale of land in the Pittsburgh East Region for a residential development as well as Pittsburgh North Region for Commercial use. 2006 began with several parcels in Murrysville under contract for both commercial and residential development. Regardless of commercial product, I continue to enjoy the excitement of matching listings to sales.
